er so here's the cartoon that I drew out. It may look a bit crappy here, but if you want I can refine it further.
So yea generally it's a little guide making a heart with her hands. Maybe we can put it with the words, then the back will be blank(this is the cheaper way), or nica say can put at the back with our names at the side(might be more ex though).

1) We will be meeting at Bishan MRT near 7-11 on Thursday at 8am. We will then be eating breakfast together. Hmm, I think it will be Macdonalds. Then we will go to the power station. Be on time.

Include:
*An introduction about the diseases
*the Causes of the disease
*Symptoms
*Effects that the disease may have on your body
*Complications of the disease
*State how you can prevent and cure this disease
*Bibliogrpahy
*An Overall Reflection for each of the three diseases
Deadline: the week when CCA resumes (Friday)
