The picture at the top looks slightly horrifying but it also shows how far we've come as a cohort. I'm so proud that the guides have that much faith in us to compare us to the dark blues (who we know they LOVE) and like yeah, why do we not have faith in ourselves!!!
Yknow what! Those who even have the thought of attempting PGA, do it. Because since you're thinking of it now, you're obviously interested, and if you don't try, that 'what if' can be an addition to an already long list of 'what ifs'. At least if we try, we can tell ourselves we did the best that we could, and yknow, it adds one more checkpoint in our life where we can say "there, that's something significant i did in my life", so yeah, if you're scared, we all are, and if you want to, go for it.
Time management? Heh, trust me, we're all very much procrastinators but I'm sure if we use our time procrastinating to study, time management wouldn't be a problem!
And if everyone around us has confidence in our cohort, why do we not have confidence in ourselves? I can't answer that, although I think that we should be really, really proud of ourselves.

Our cohort is something amazing, we're two vastly different groups of people who gather tgt and still manage to work as a cohort. I love all of you, and i know that because of that, we're all going to support anyone who's going for PGA in any way we can, and that we'll all be proud of that person no matter what!

We all deserve it, that PGA, and if we all just push ourselves a little further, it's ours for the taking, I promise you.

Dear greys,

I don't know if you remember my little speech to you exactly two years ago, but I remember it quite clearly (the message, not the exact words). I meant what I said, and If I were to repeat that speech, I would still mean what I say. And if I could say this as well, I think there are more of you who are better and have more potential than the blues. I know we have been bombarding you with persuasions and coercions, and some of you are very fed up, so I shall make this short and sweet. After that, it's your decision.

I just want you to think thoroughly about what you could potentially lose by not trying for PGA, and what you could potentially gain by going for it. Think about how 10 or more of you would cause such a great spectacle by receiving the awards together at the Istana, how you would create a legacy in the history of guiding in St Nicks, how your juniors would be working so hard so that they could follow in your footsteps.

Lastly, besides helping you prepare for PGA, I would also like to offer my time and help to any of you if you have problems with Chemistry. I believe the other Guiders would not hesitate to help you cope with your other subjects, and we could also rope in other teachers as well. We are here if you need us. But you need to believe in yourself, believe that YOU CAN DO IT.

Okay! Hello everyone!
I know its very early but we need to plan our outing so it wont be so last minute like last year. Probably it might not be a chalet but how about bbq at someone's house or anything?
I've checked the prices, its about $150 per night.
If we have a lot of people going, then it will be cheap cheap. Plus the bbq money and all. :D So if all of us go... It will be at most $15. Not bad eh?
And we can all play board games, cards or even watch movies!
They even have TV and game cables, BBQ pit, we can watch late night movie!!!! :D So everyone, don't dao me okay, must come. :P and RSVP to this event. So far I've got awesome people who agreed to it alr. Hehehe.

HELLO! We finally gotten our cohort picture. One that everyone looks glam and not so messed up. Actually, most of us changed since sec one. Especially me. -___- I have no idea why either. All the hairstyles and all. Looking back at greyguides 2009 video and 2010 video, OMGOMG! A lot of things changed! As for our footdrills, we have 5 awesome commanders who are trying their best to pull up our footdrill standard so lets not disappoint them and our previous commanders.

Hello Greyguides. I guess 2010 will be over soon so let me make my post awesome. This might just be the last post of the year since no one wants to come here to blog.

This year 2010, we have been through a lot of things such as promotion, farewell, camp, Jubilate, SYF and all the guides session together. We all had done a good job yeah? We managed to bring our various groups down on time for both Jubilate and SYF. HAHA. And for SYF we all ponned geography test plus school. And sam the Pedo who keep looking at that little cute guy from Nanyang. Also the hot guys with bulging muscles from Taiwan. -cough- -cough-

I guess we bonded more this year although at the beginning of the year there was some kind of conflict but as time goes by, everyone just got closer. Greyguides outing was also a success. 3 Cheer for greyguides. :D I doubt there might be greyguides outing next year as everyone is busy and study. We got quite many triple science people.

But I still hope that there will be one okay. Next round, lets plant it either at the end of December since many have chinese o levels. And many will be going overseas after that. People! Keep your last 2 weeks of December free okay!

Let us all also improve on our footdrill and help each other out and not point at people when they are wrong okay. Like for some who just can't lock their arms. All for one and one for all. Maybe we all can like time slower or something.

Thanks for being such a great badge.

Let us all continue to be bonded, take more pictures, have fun and enjoy 2011.

Yesh, I'm talking about the greyguides video! :D I posted it here fro those who don't have facebook or just wanted to have another look!

Anyways, looking back on the video, which was a joint initiative by Nica and I, though she did most of the job since I went home. Back to the point. Before we made the video, we went to look at the greyguides video made by Xenia last year.

Honestly, the 2 of us started laughing like crazy asses when we rewatched it. HAHAHAHHAA. It's really funny to see how all of us changed without the others really noticing. Hair, specs, yknow the usual stuff. Minus all the changes, there's just a few stuff that should never change. Yeappps, it's our love for each other and for Guides! woots!

As 2010 reaches its last week, I just wanna thank greyguides for everything awesome that has happened in and out of guides! Besides having fun and getting real dirty in actual guides sessions, you were also great company for just about anything! Mugging, slacking, being stupid and childish, outings, exercising... I really can't imagine secondary life and holidays without you! Uhm, actually I can but it's not very nice... *sheds an emo tear*

Once more, a huge THANKYOU and ILOVEYOU to all greys who read this! 2010 has not been all smooth sailing, but we made it through and now are geared up to face the supposedly bumpier 2011! Let us make 2011 an extremely busy, colourful and fruitful year! Because we don't count our lives by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that took our breaths away.

greyguides outing was A TO THE W TO THE E SOME! (although 9 of you didn't come, but i know you have your reasons!)
anyway we went to sembawang park, and had a HUGE picnic. we camwhored, played at the beach and became tiny 5 year olds and played at the playground! it was so fun! and for once, the greyguides outing was actually a success! thanks so much for going and making it fun and memorable! PICTURES ON FB, GO SEE AND LAUGH.

alsoalso, i want to thank you guys for a wonderful year, although it wasn't exactly wonderful for me, it was wonderful all the same. Rmb the farewell, the fact that we managed to make the seniors cry (i am NOT sadistic) and make ourselves tear up too, proved that we loved them so much. Andand the fact that you guys dared to go up there and sing and dance for them, oh and muthu and bala too! thankyouthankyouthankyou! also, the teachers day notebooks! thanks for coming to sch early to hand in your post its! and ms/mrs/mdm ezal's awesome farewell present! and our awesome footdrill! (our armdrill <--- it's my word sucks. ) i sorta miss our green commanders..the way they commanded was so much. happier? yes happier. but the whites are nice too! anyway, just. Thanks for this year, we stood by each other thick and thin, played and talk, laugh and had fun together as the MOST BONDED cohort in the history of bonded cohorts. iloveyouguys so muchhhhh!

Beatrice, Lynnette, Shi Hui and I went to cut our hair which grew differently now.
Madeline cut her ponytail.
JingMei is tying up her hair now.
Charis got bangs.
Geraldine cut her hair, it grew and now it's a real small ponytail.
Mainly it's the hair, but there's still a lot more that I can't really describe, so yea anyway there were quite a number of changes
So in conclusion, we should update this photo real soon:D

Anyways, our next footdrill is on Wednesday, can we really put in our effort to really march the best we can? March and show the whole world that we can do it:D Surprise everyone with our awesome-ness! So yea lock our arms, have nice and sturdy arm swings(!), 90 degrees bangs and follow timing! If there were anyone who could achieve all these things while they march, GREYS CAN TOO! :D

Oh and btw I'm refining the Guide cartoon as well as straightening and thickening the words for our pullover. Can we not have hood? Most probably will be posted by Sunday. Stay tuned~ (wait this is not a radio station but wtv:P) Then let you guys decide.

Kay as nicole mentioned earlier I was thinking whether you all want to have like a small cartoon somewhere. It's cos like if just words then it may look a bit similar to the dance pullover?

er so here's the cartoon that I drew out. It may look a bit crappy here, but if you want I can refine it further.
So yea generally it's a little guide making a heart with her hands. Maybe we can put it with the words, then the back will be blank(this is the cheaper way), or nica say can put at the back with our names at the side(might be more ex though).

I don't know this is just a suggestion. But one thing for sure, THE WORDS ARE THERE TO STAY! thanks lohloh!

Carnation and I got some suggestions about the pullover. Can we don't have grey and pink?
I know we are grey badges. So like any suggestions?
We can dont use the grey background right?
Our school actually dont encourage bright colours though and it will be weird if we wear it in class.
But can we have a few suggestions? We can keep the grey some where. And Wen Xin, don't put the '10. It feels like this year only. And we dont have enough money to keep making them.
I got a few with carny:
Yellow words, dark grey/grey background
Green words, dark grey/grey background
White words, dark grey/grey background
SUPER DARK GREY BACKGROUND WITH SUPER BRIGHT YELLOW!

I don't know why i'm here but i'm here. Oh and nice edit on the sidebars. I've been itching to edit that because it looked quite messy but i'm glad someone else actually did it before me cause i'd go mad and change it to my style. Though I did edit it a little by removing the links of those who don't actually have links.

So here's with the topic the previous few posts have been about: Promotion

So... Some of us got promoted, and some haven't, but I doubt it matters, right? Well, if you have a gun that's not loaded with anything, at the most, all you can do is fire a blank shot, which is practically nothing. Without any bullets, the gun is just like any other toy - One that can't harm anyone. Similarly, "SNGG" on it's own, is just four letters/one word. Without us Guides, it is nothing. And I don't particularly get what i'm trying to prove.

Okay but if you see it this way: Barack Obama is the President of the United States and a powerful person, but his power comes from the people who work under him and continue to support him with every ounce of their strength. And without all the Guides to support the COH, the COH is simply nothing. So at the end of the day, every single Guide is equally important. Having a stripe or three on your button-ey thing we stuff our hats at doesn't mean we're more important than the others. Without the core, the shell is nothing.

If you didn't that get i'll go mad because I spent 24 minutes typing that crap while being distracted by the World Cup showing on my TV right now.

O_O Okay yes! So everyone is equally important, alright? Let's strive to make Girl Guides an enjoyable, yet well-disciplined CCA at the same time.

Promotion

So now some of us have been promoted. Our level is still intact, right? We have gone through so much together, as one cohort. We've gotta STICK TOGETHER. It doesn't matter whether or not you were promoted, we're still all leaders. You know, A Leader In Every Student. We're from St. Nicks, we should be very familiar with that.

To those who have been promoted, we have to remember never to take a rank for granted. Remember, the guiders said that they gave us this position, they can also take it away. Promotion's over, but we still have to work hard, to bring glory to sngg. Those who were not promoted, don't worry, it's just a rank. No matter what, we can still all make a difference. Look at seniors like Dew and Xiu Min. They weren't promoted either, but are still so enthu and all that.

Let's influence our juniors with our passion for guiding. Remember everything the greens taught us, taking initiative (Yeah, they're always nagging about that, but now that you think about it, it's very important), having a sense of urgency, etc. We have to SUPPORT EACH OTHER. If anyone isn't happy about something, don't leave your feelings bottled up, confide in any of the greyguides (: whether it's about school, guides, family. Anything at all. Oh, and we should extend this to our juniors too, help them out a little.

The greens passed the guiding flame down to us, soon it would be our turn to pass it down. Hopefully by then, we'd still be a united cohort, and would have influenced our juniors greatly. A leader's lasting value is measured by succession. Now, as leaders, it is our job to teach our juniors, and make great leaders out of them.

And I just realised I'm kinda digressing. Okay, basically, let's stay a bonded, awesome cohort and all put our best into guiding, let us all be leaders, whether or not you were promoted. OKAY? :D

I remembered that I was 3rd last and the birthday girl was last. JILLIAN KAU. I'm nice by not calling you a cow. Who ask she so tall, so she was last! In either case, we are still enrolled in the end. Throughout this year, some of us, ESP ME, had LOTS of problems passing my test. Wait. I think only me luh. We quarreled. Maybe I shant say this. But sucking up. Now, we are all back to normal as one. Perhaps, Jubilate bonded us together! Playing cards, camwhoring, trying to go en pointe, and WALTZ. Oh and me trying to figure my way out at backstage in the dark because I can't see! Geraldine, Jazlyn and Abigail, I dont mean to leave you all out but we bond right? I know this is still one day early, but HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY OF TRUE GUIDING! 23 May last year, we were enrolled. And now that one year has passed, it's time to look back on how far we've come. A few rubs here and there, but I think we've really learnt alot in the whole year we spent as true guides!

So I just hope that we will still continue learning and trying, and make the second year even more fruitful! :DDDDD

One year has passed, we're still blur, still dumb, still retarded, still funny, still PASSIONATE.

Kayy, I've sort of found out. Bus 16 travels from Bt. Merah interchange to Bedok interchange and vice versa (: Hmm, and if you board it at dhoby ghaut station, there's 7 stops, excluding dhoby ghuat and including the stadium. :D And it will be opp. the stadium. So have to cross the road or overhead bridge or smth lahh ^^
Hmm, then if we wanna go together, maybe we can meet at Dhoby Ghaut mrt station, since it will be fang bian for both the red and purple line.
But I suggest, you have your lunch first, cas stuff at Dhoby Ghaut is rather expensive. Maybe red line people can meet at bishan, amk or smth. And purple line people can meet at Kovan? (: This is just a suggestion so yepp. :D
Ohhh, and bus 16 passes by some places like henderson pri school, tiong bahru plaza, boys brigade hq, lucky plaza, raffles city, suntec city, marine parade road [chij katong convent], upper east coast road. Yeapp, more or less, these are the main places.

Since it's the year of the Tiger, let's hope that the Tiger will roar away all the badness and stress and emo-ness and anything bad basically. Maybe not all, but most. RAWR! As GreyGuides, hope that we can have a RAWRing success in whatever we do, be it academics or Guides or personal stuff, with our pockets always filled with $$$ and our health in tip top condition. :D

Valentine's Day is a day where people celebrate their love for each other. In any case, hope that the love and bond between GreyGuides will keep going on, and grow even stronger as the year goes by despite the obstacles we may face. We will continue loving each other as schoolmates, classmates, guides, friends, team mates, whatever. The next Valentine's Day will be celebrated with more love than it is now, even though this Valentine's Day is already celebrated with loads and loads of love.

I'm just following up to Nicole's post. And yesh, i agree with vivian, Nicole totally has thousand and 1 points.

THE PLEDGE
We, the grey guides of CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls' School.
Pledge ourselves as one united cohort.
Regardless of COY, patrols or classes
To build a long lasting friendship
Based on leadership and footdrill
So as to achieve PGAs, become CLs and PLs for our patrol!

Remember our pledge? Fine, maybe i created it and only a few know bout it, but still. Let's review it, shall we? (:

PAUSE [HEY, I FEEL LIKE A SEC4 LECTURER!]

2nd line: Pledge ourselves as one united cohort.
Ask yourself. How united are we? When we first met, the line was a constant ZERO. Slowly, footdrills and colourparty stepped in, and our unity shot up to a 100 and 1% which even the blue badges commanders, Shermaine and Sarah, know. Slowly, as the year went by, we joined hands and created cards and gifts for our several seniors. With the help of Xenia, Jillian, Nicole and some other nice people. Yes, I admit. Last year was a lil less stressful than this year. Common tests started in the second week, essays and written papers. But we have already pledged ourselves to be 1 big united cohort. So where did this commitment go to?
4th line: To build a long lasting friendship.
We aim to have a long lasting friendship with one another. Till when? Sec4? No! It's a FOREVER issue we're(i'm) talking about here. We're grey guides. The united cohort which have stood out among the rest (according to the guiders) because of our unity and our care & concern towards one another. Minting could be an obvious example that the guiders have noticed, pointed out and praised us about. But that was so LAST YEAR. What about this year? We've all gotten our tiny cliques here and there? What about the few other grey guides who are left out from our cliques? Is this the long lasting friendship we're gonna have? I don't know. How far apart have we grown. How many enemies do we have? Think bout it. (:

Everyone will remember like different parts of the camp right, so its BEST when everyone's post is combined together! Wheeee (:

Hmmm, many people, like Xenia, Sharlene, Carnation, Nicole, etc, update alr. All except me. Okayyy, Niceee. So now, I shall update (: Heee,
On Thursdayy, packed at nightt, was like emptying and packing over and over again and I changed quite a number of bags. Haha, so finally settled on this blue bag, and went to sleep.
Woke up on Friday (o.o) and went to school. Lol. Was like carrying two big and bulging bags together with sleeping bag (: Heee, superr heavyy. Kay, anyway had lessons and teacher changed our seating arrangements. Was like seating with Cassandra. Hah, Nicole (: Hmmm, then after school. Met Nicole, Xenia and Charis at 2 Wisdom. (: Then we talked, and went to change. (: Afterwards, went down to help out at gadgets. Rushed to buy bread for lunch (: Yepp, then falled in and went for gatewayy. Tied, and retied and untied. Lol! (: Then suddenly it started raining, ): So we carried the body of the bridge and went into the classroom where songleaders were singing to continue tying. Then afterwards Mummy came to collect my school bag. After she went, I realised my wallet was like in that bag. Then was like shit, immediately called her and she came back with my wallet. Lucky me (:
Hmmm, then afterwards, continued with gateway, tiedtiedtied on the muddy grass ): Then songleaders, tourguides, emcees, went for dinner and changed their clothes, and gateway just continued tying. Then in the evening, campfire started (: The secfours'2009 came back and helped with gatewayy (: YAY. Then yeahh, WenXin and I started guessing who's voice was talking, etc. Then at eight plus, we realised from NienPing that dinner was provided. O.O And so we went to eat. LALA. And wenxin really eat very fastt. So she kept eating and I kept giving her mine. HAHAH. (: Then she went back to take her wallet and we bought drinks. After that went to help up and finish up with gateway then went to bathe. Apparently, we found showerheads, but was kinda dirty, but better than nothing. And I bathed for like 5 minutes and WenXin bathed for 20 minutes! Wth, and she made me waited for her, ): Afterwards, went back for some packing and then met up with all the greys. Took our sleeping bags, and went to the tent. Talked with greys and MrsTeo and greys camwhored. (: Then went to scream, jump and cleared bugs. Lol :D
After that, we went into the tent to settle down and sleep. At first, we were damn teh noisyy. And yifen our mummy for the night, quietened us down (: At approximately 12, we slept (: Then at one plus, almost two, quite a few people woke up. Yifen and I were like stung by some weird bugs. Yifen's leg bled while I cant even find where the bugs bit me. Lol. (: Hmmm, then went to St. Johns there and they helped yifen put some medicine. (:
HAHA, came back and sleep again. Then woke up at like every hourly. At five.thirty or five.forty, everyone woke up (: But we waited till err, five.fiftyfive and everyone's alarms started ringing. (: HAH! :D Then we woke up and cleared ground sheets and newspapers. We helped sec threes clear too! YAY US! :D Then we brushed teeth, changed into Guides Uniform, cleared up a bit. By that time, there was like quite an amount of people here alreadyy. But anyway, we were excused for breakfast. WHEE (: And then went to respective places, like gateway, gadgets, tourleaders, etc. ;D
Tied a few knots and classes came. Some of them were like asking if the structure were break. Of course not luh, our sweatt and hard work was in it lehh! (: Hmm, I got a chance to climb the bridge too! FUN! but SCARY. Wooh. :D Then we kept shouting join guides, and singing the cheer/song? And we brain-washed some parents as well. Hah~! And Mrs Goh climbed the structure as well :D
yeapp, then at like 12-1 plus, went home with Carny (: Met WenXin at coffee shop and ate chicken rice with rice balls (: Cute rice balls, but very big! :D The shop owners and people at the coffee shop was like kinda weird? ): Haha, then Carny parents came and fetched her home. While WenXin and I slacked at the Mrt station (: WenXin made me miss so many trians ): HAHA, want to know why, askk her. Then went home and unknowingly fell asleep. Woke up one hour later and went to wash shoes, then bathed. (: Went out for dinner. :D Then at night, came home and watched tao hua xiao mei. Last episode next week. Sads D:
Anywayy, did teeny weeny bit of HomeEc. Then slept. Woke up at 11 today. Wow (:

Hello.

I see this blog dead for 2 days.
Anyways, yesterday was super fun.
Lets not talk about school lesson.
By the way, I HATE THE TRACK.
So after school, I met Vivian, Xenia and Charis at 2Unity.
We were like comparing whose bag is bigger.
And my bag is heavy. ):
Then we went to the toilet to change into PE shirt and then went down to the den for gadgets.
Met Carnation and Yi Fen there so we started tightening the kitchen shelter.
HAHA. GUYLINES TO THE LEFT, 123 PULL.
Pull super tight already. And was like my hand hurts.
Its red.
Then was fall in.
And Carnation and I were like tying the drying area.
I snapped a twine. :/
Must pull super tight lar.
And my snake lash became quite loose after a day.
):
Then we went for game masters meeting and sang the 4 love songs.
And then Beatrice, Ruth and I were assigned to song leading and game mastering 1Hope.
Then it started to rain.
So Carnation, Jillian and I rushed out to help the kitchen shelter and got ourselves wet.
Our poles were wet and shoes were disgustingly in the mud.
And there goes my square lash and snake lash. ):
But helped for a while.
Carnation, Jillian, Yi Fen and I went in to built the catapult.
We tied th best we could.
But it was kind of confusing about which pole should we tie too and the string that can't get through. ):
And like song leaders and game masters were practicing the songs.
And the cool us sang while doing the catapult too. YAY.
And gateway were tying the thing too. Whee~
Jillian had a splinter, so we got Xenia to help.
So after building and all the stuff it was like 6.10pm.
And we only got 20minutes to change and eat.
So Jillian, YiFen, Xenia, Carnation and I went to change.
And it was like 6.20pm already.
By the time we went to the canteen it was 6.25pm.
We ate our dinner with 5minutes.
Like we are stuffing ourselves with food. ):
At 6.30pm Carnation, Melina and I went to usher the parents.
Xenia, Vivian, Sharlene, Beatrice went to usher the parents too.
The parents like ask a lot of questions. (:
AT 7pm, we rushed to the campfire and took our places.
The campfire was like started by Ms Chan and Mrs Goh.
Then we sang lots of song.
And played lots of games.
Hee.
1 HOPE'10 very enthu.
They can like piggy back each other and stuff just to win.
but they lost.
Never mind luh. HAHA.
Then sang till our voices hurt.
At the same time we played the bomb game among, Ruth, Carnation, Shi Hui, Beatrice, Sharlene and Xue Ying.
And I was like, Nicole bomb Nicole bomb Nicole bomb to ________bomb.
and it goes on and on.
Ruth thought me some study tips.
YAY YOU!
We sang a lot of campfire songs.
Lynnette was like the Emcee. And she sound so GAY and GROSS.
Haha. And my phone torch is the best torch ever. (:
So useful. Sharlene keep on lending my phone torch.
After the campfire, we went to find toilets to bathe.
And NOT AWESOMELY, there was no toilet available.
So we just used a cloth and clean ourselves and went to toilet and quick quick change to PE attire.
Washed up and we all, Xenia, Lynnette, Sharlene, Shi Hui and Beatrice went to take our sleeping bags.
Then saw Vivian, Wen Xin, Yi Fen, Jillian and we went to the basketball court together.
We laid the ground sheets and my torch came in useful!
so many insects. :\
We were screaming like crazy.
We camwhored too.
I only got 7.
Wen Xin and Sharlene have more than me. ):

Then we went to the tents and got ready to sleep.
So said night night prayer to Jesus.
I just realized that our clique is very noisy. 10 people only...

YiFen was our temporary mummy for the night. LOL.
Oh and our clique can't talk one at a time.
Because we were so noisy, we got complains. :\

and everyone started laughing.

Suddenly everyone woke up at 2.
They were so noisy till I woke up. ):
And Goh squish me to the doors.
They made so much noise.
CRAP.
YiFen and Vivian got stung by some weird thing.
So they went to find St John Ambulance people.
They said it was nothing so they came back.
After quieten down, I slept again.
Woke up and was squished and pushed to the side.
We all woke up at the same time, 5.30am!
and our alarm was 5.55am. -.-'
So we waited till 5.55am and All our alarms come out. WHOO~
i didn't even open my sleeping bag.
so awesome.
But I was shivering. ):
Sec 3s were still sleeping. D:
I just realised that our clique was like wake up at same time and weird timing one lor.
Maybe everyone got same dreams. HAHA.
So went to keep all the ground sheets.
And after we kept the ground sheets, the sec 3s then woke up. -.-.
Went to wash up and changed to guides uniform.
We then went to the den and Carnation and I were like tightening the kitchen shelter.

Then fall in.
Like ShiHui and Sharlene and WenXin all went to eat lor.
Then after fall in.
Tighten the thing and rushed to canteen and ate in like few minutes.
Came back and we started duty.
Stationed at the shoe rack and also brought the sec ones through the trail.
And WenXin ask me go onto the gateway there and shout, "JOIN GUIDES."
OMG. I did that 2 times. LOL.
Sec 1s are like enthu!!!!
Any ways, busy body us, went to see the gym.
Saw Nicole at the gym.
Primary school girls go to the gym to train LOL.
Then at 12pm, we kept everything down. ):
Its like we took one month or many days to do it but we took it down in 1hour.
SO FAST. D:
And my shoes were in mud.
And the stupid pole is stuck again.
EVERYTIME THAT SAME PLACE ALSO GOT STUCK ONE LOR.

Hello! Sec1 Orientation Camp was A-W-E-S-O-M-E.
Oh, but we slept in tents in the field which has lots of unknown bugs and creatures living within the grass. and maybe in our tents... so i had to sleep inside the sleeping bag which made me perspire hell much. But it's okay. As long as greyguides are together!
Yeppydy doo da dey. Camwhored after bathing and before sleeping. FUN. (;
Dinner and breakfast were provided. :D CCA Fair was a dreadful one. I was in shift 2, but i ended up staying outside the den from 7+++am (Shift 1 starts) to 1.50pm (Shift 2 ends). Like, Wtf. Supah boring, and my stomach ached. quite annoying because we had to help pack up because we were shift 2. Yeppies.

FRIDAY!
same old thing, went to school, lessons. OHOH PE! we took height and weight and then right! I GREW 3CM! so now i'm like 156cm! i feel so tall (: oh after that we played captains ball. then jazlyn was supposedly defending wenxin, who is like my team's captain but everytime the ball came she was talking to wenxin so we always managed to earn the point, HAHAH. but in the end we still lost cos idk. 6-7. not that bad (: oh and jazlyn's leg was like bleeding, and mr yeo was like "wah, you talk until you can bleed ah" and everyone laughed... okayy, then lessons as usual and FINALLY. end of school.
met greys before letting some change and some staying in PE cos helping with gadgets and gateway. then went to have lunch before helping with gadgets before guides started. we were like tightening the kitchen shelter again. GUYLINES TO THE LEFT, ONE TWO THREE PULL! then after a while then we had to fall in alr. so we falled in, then blahblah, then went for gamemasters/songleaders briefing, then the guiders were scared we didnt know the songs, so we had to practise all over again, with like, some greens leading. so we learnt the four love songs, and we were friggin trying hard to learn. and when we did the actions sharlene didnt wanna do so tabitha and skakespeare kept asking her to do. HAHAH. so anyways after that she got do a little bit luh. then halfway through my dad came to exchange my bag so i hurry went to change then come back and continue! so then lynnette left so i went to the second row cos i was at the first row with only lynnette and quite ps if i'm the only one so yup!
anyways, the halfway though it started raining like siao. so we we were like praying will stop rainingif not the classes will split and that is so sad right :D so then gateway moved into the classroom to finish up the ladder or bridge, they look the same i dont know! yeapp. so they moved in and shortly after gadgets came in too. hahah, then more greens came in to help with songleading. so FUN. then when they wanted to ask us to go to the front to sing in groups, cowie had a splinter so i went to help PHEW. HAHAHAH. then sharlene got 'scolded' again cos she didnt sing. HAHAHAH.
okayy after that when it finished raining i went outside to help with gadgets since they had alot of things to do. malloted in the catapult halfway when we realised it was like already 5.50. so my nicenice angel volunteered to finish malloting since they alr had their guides u on. then we said thanks and all the gamemasters and songleaders in PE hurry went to change out of PE and into guides u. then ran to canteen for dinnerrrr :D by then was alr like, 6.20, and we had to finish dinner by 6.30 so we were like rushing(:
thenthen after finishing adeline asked the guides to go usher parents till 7 and they asked like manymany questions. so anyways, then at 7 we ran to the field to get ready for CAMPFIRE :D:D:D
then i got paired up with gwendolyn and we were in charge of faith! so then the campfire started and the reds were quite enthu i guess. at least they played the games enthu-ly :D then we sang alot of songs which was really fun then since cowie was incharge of dilly i got a friend :D hahahah. so in the end i think faith won both games maybe? since they got most dynamic. LOL. i still like the singing (: and then after the campfire we helped clear everything before going to bathe.
okayy bathing was a complete disaster. we couldnt find a showerhead so in the end we used a tap -.- like a tap to just plash ourselves with water luh. annoying shits. didnt even wash hair. hahah. so then i packed up and took sleeping bags and torches and handphones to field, where the seniors alr helped us pitch our tents. lovable seniors :D:D:D thenthen right. by then was about 11? i hope i'm right :D then we talked to seniors and mrs teo until about 12 then we all slpet. oh but before then right! we had to lay the groundsheet and newspapers, and there was like tons of bugs so we were like screaming away. so it was quite fun. and exhilarating :D then we went to the sec 3s tent and helped them clear too. the bugs. we're wei da :D okayy so after that we camwhored a lil bit and finally slept :D

HAHAH. then after awhile yifen got really cranky :D and then she kept pestering us to sleep. so in the end we slept luh. then somehow i woke up at 1.30 thinking it was 5. o.o wenxin woke up too. then we went back to sleep. then like at 2. almost the whole tent woke up. HAHAH. idk why also. so after like 10mins of talking we wnet back to sleep again. then we all woke up at 5.30, tried to sleep, woke up at 5.40 and then lazed around in the tent waiting for our alarms to ring. hahah, hasta la vista, circus, bad romance, hoedown throwdown, LOL. then we talked about what people did. like wenxin breathed super loudly, shihui whined in her sleep. HAHAH. and stuffs, quite fun, then shortly after sec 3s woke up then we folded the groundsheet and cleared the newspapers. then after that no more :D then we continued with gateway and gadgets, falled in into committees, then i went for breakfast first, before coming back to help. by then it was saturday alr. like obviously right? :D
SATURDAY!
so when the classes came i stationed at catapult, cos it was so interesting :D then wanting and xinhoon was there too, and carny :D then wanting and xinhoon kept arguing over some funny things. LOL. hahha, then the catapult was like quite dangerous cos it might hit some of their faces. idk lah. quite scary. but most of the times after 2 tries it managed to work. but it was really lose. LOL so yupp. stayed there until had this long period where no classes came,then i walked around. pestered kimberly for my lollipops, and then she told me she didnt know how to open the thing o.o well then i walked around somemore walk here walk there then kept shouting join guides, and all the seniors come back, and then have alot things happen, then the second batch of sec ones came and then we played somemore and kept shouting JOIN GUIDES! ITS FUN! lol. then we kept singing the guides song/cheer/whatever its called :D
well okayy then after that by 11.30 we finished all the classes so we started to take out and stuff. so i did the shoerack with lynnette before doing the kitchen dresser then washing the muddy poles. OHOH! when the sec 3s and 4s tried taking out these 4 poles, right, which conincidentally were malloted on nearly the same place as the ones that we broke like, on thursday. and then the 4 poles couldnt come out! AGAIN! so we tried and then 3/4 broke. its not really our fault lah :D hahah, we tried but it was malloted super deep inside. then like, after we took out the long poles then the smaller snapped ones were deep inside, so how? cherie and aline went to dig. AGAIN. our seniors are so awesome luh! they're so great lohh. anyways so now that part of land is cursed with broken poles. (: note to self: never ever mallot in there again. HAHAHAH. now i know the real real real meaning of 台上五分钟,台下十年工.
then we could leave anytime after 1 but in the end we stayed till like 2 to help :D then my dad came to fetch me. YAY! then now i'm at home (:

Camp was fun:)

Let me see, kay I will start from Friday morning.
Pakced my bags and dumped them in the car. Took my schoolbag down only. Then I lied to Lynnette that I forgot to bring my sleeping bag, and she actually BELIEVED me. Hee hee.
Had the usual lessons and bla, drew a fat Mona Lisa upside down during Art. Kay so we change and all, but I didn't have enough time to eat lunch, Gadgets start at 3, so I had less than 10minutes.): Skipped lunch and bought drinks instead. The drink is said to be equivalent to 1 meal? I don't think so, but I didn't get hungry throughout so it should be true.
Tightened the knots on the kitchen shelter. Then we fell in and were rushed off to the songleaders' meeting. Received our construction worker gloves and learnt how to sing the 4 love songs. And after quite sometime, it suddenly started raining. And the kitchen shelter was like, going to sink/fallD: So the sec4s used the poles to push the sinking shelter up and let the water on top gush down. WHOOSH! We went to help and tighten the knots again, got quite wet with the dumb rain flying in. -.- Then NicA, Yifen, Jillian, Grace and I went to get the poles and started tying the catapult. It was quite cinfusing but we managed to figure it out in the end. Yay us! But Jillian got a splinter halfway through, so Xenia stepped in and helped. By the time we finish malloting the catapult it was already 6.20pm and we had to change. So Jingyi and Shiying offered to help us tie the remaining knots. Thanks SENIORS! Tried to change as fast as I can, and then Vera came out and callled Isabel, shouted a quick HAPPY BDAY to her in while changing. ^^
We ran and ate dinner in 5 minutes. Wait, it shouldn't be called eating, it should be called shoving. Yeapps NicA and I were basically shoving food into our mouths. Then we ran off to start our ushering. Lead a few parents into the AVA room, opening doors for them. At 7 we went to the field, and soon the campfire started!
Songlead-ed 1 Grace with Shi Hui and Sici. Was fun but I forgot some hand movements. Talked to Shi Hui, NicA, Ruth and Beatrice. Played the BOMB game as well, and all of us died dunno how many times. X_X Lynnette was the bimbo emcee all night. While we were having campfire, saw the graduated seniors like Shermaine helping us to tie the Gateway structure. Though I'm not in Gateway I'm still gonna thank them. THANKS! Kay then we went to bathe.
One problem is that, yes there are taps and all, but there are no showerheads, or at least none that we know. Xenia and Lynnette suggested that we used our towels. But Yifen, Jillian and I scared that our towels will get smelly and mouldy, so we went off to borrow pails from the PE store. Then we brought the pails into the toilet and bathed in the cubicles. Afterwards lent the pails to Jingyi and Gwendolyn.
Talked and camwhored. Then we went to sleep. But before that we took the broom to sweep the bugs inside the tent away. And the brave me went to use the broom to hit the bugs off the sec3 and sec2 tents!:D Then when some people scream everyone will jump and start screaming as well. Finally everything was ok and we went to sleep. Very noisy in the tent. After some scoldings and all it was finally quiet enough for me to sleep. Woke up at 2+, cos some people woke up and it was kinda noisy. :S Fell back to sleep again and woke up at 5.40. Waited till 5.55am, before getting out and washed up.
Eeeee our Guides uniform were kinda crumpled and smelly form yesterday. Had breakfast. And CCA Fair started. The catapult was fun and cool. But it became quite loose after multiple launches. So we had to re-tie, or "maintain". Xinhoon and Wanting were there, and they were arguing over some really funny things. 1Loyalty and Justice were very sporting and alot of them tried our cool catapult and flung our guyline/mud ball. Hee hee. Then after re-tying some stuff and bla, Vivvy and I left at around 11.40am. Woo freaking tired and muddy man. Met WenXin at the Kopitiam and ate chicken rice balls. Nice but the shopkeepers there a bit weird. Haha.
Finally reached home and I napped from 4pm till 10pm. Pro. Now it's like 1.40, and I'm gonna sleep again.

Hello!
I don't know why I decided to update here instead of my blog. ):
Its the first guides session today and I have absolutely nothing to say much.
Other than the WAGGGS test was quite tough for me. ):
But I think I got the in front part correct. Or maybe not. D:
I think we should continue the tradition that went for a while and off.
So. Each patrol will take turns to update about guides session?
Is that okaye?
Or maybe not. Because everyone is busy. Including me. Still stuck in the middle of nowhere trying to figure out whats going on. ):
I hope like everyone will like go for the 'sleepover' on Friday.
But thats quite impossible. D:
