-Get into groups of 5 from the same coy and get the first-aid kit ready by
week 4 friday for cca. Please check the guides board on Monday for the programme.
First-aid kit (contents)
1. Bandages
-triangular bandages
-surgical gloves
-cotton wool
-gauze
-surgical tape
-tweezers
-scissors
-thermometer
2. Oral medication
-Po Chai pills (for stomach ache)
-Panadol
-Charcoal pills (also known as Norit, for diarrhoea)
3. Medicine to be applied
-medicated oil (feng you)
-calamine lotion
-antiseptic solution
-antiseptic cream
-Burnol
-Acriflaziane lotion (yellow lotion)
-cotton buds
-safety pins
-eye drops
4. Plastic Compartment
-notebook and pen (to record down what has been done to the “patient”)
-plasters
-sanitary pads (for serious external bleeding, to absorb excess blood from wounds)
-10 cent coins
- sterilised needles (to burst burn boils)
-emergency calls list (emergency call card)
SEC ONES: please get into groups of 5 from the same coy and get the first-aid kit ready by WEEK4, FRIDAY for CCA.
