We will be passing something like a list around for u to kinda like alter with your own groupings. Which means that you like wanna change your group you just cancel your name from the list and write the group you wanna go to next to your name. So it should be something like this:
Yup, but canceling your name from the paper don't exactly means that you will get to the group you want. Cos some group may need people while some group have too many people so it really depends. For now I just hope that we can all work well with our current groups.
Team 1 remember to get the recipe from Team 5 to know what ingredients to buy. You have to discuss with Team 5 and know when will they bake so that you won't buy the ingredients too early. Give your receipts to the Team 3 people working with you.
Team 2 you can buy any form of packaging but its better to know the size of the cookies if you are going to buy like bags or something. Also, try and like keep the cost low cos the cookies may be a little expensive so we may need to balance out. Give your receipts to the Team 3 people working with you. If it's possible show everyone your packaging before you start.
Team 3 remember to keep the receipts from Team 1 and 2, also go and count the amount each person have to pay. Besides this I guess you can all help out with Team 2 for packaging. Not very sure... XD
Team 4 you can start out with the Sec 4s in your patrols. Take note of their allergies, this is very important cos we won't want like a major allergy outbreak of a sec 4 after eating our cookies. If there is any allergies, tell Team 5 or me or Wen Xin. DO NOT miss out any sec4s! Afterwards you can like help out in the other groups too.
Team 5 remember to get the recipe from Wen Xin, otherwise if you have a better recipe can show to everyone(indicate the amount of ingredients you need). Before you bake if its possible can let everyone all see a plan of the shape of the cookies, decorations on the cookies etc. Don't bake the cookies too early or else they might turn soft. Take note of the actual farewell date.
Ok that's the general plan on how we can work. Can don't follow but it can like serve as a reference for you all to start. We will inform you about the date. When Team 5 and 2 shows us their plans feel free to suggest ways that may help improve the design.
